CLOISTERBANK GUEST HOUSE HAS REDUCED THEIR RATES FOR THE MONTHS OF APRIL AND MAY 13.
ALMOST CERTAINLY FOR THIS TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION THE CHEAPEST IN DUNDEE AND SURROUNDING AREA.

Cloisterbank guest house is a family run. comfortable and well located house which provides superior budget accommodation. We are easily found in a great location in Dundee. We believe that guests come to get a goods nights sleep so if you want that without any disturbance or noise then we are the place to come to and for this type of accommodation we are almost certainly the chepeast in Dundee and surrounding area. Our guests have the the freedom to come and go and do as they please and do their own thing. If they want any advice or help then our staff will be more than willing to help
We have a mixture of 8 letting rooms comprising of twins, doubles and dormitory's and on the ground floor 2 x en-suite rooms suitable for disabled access.
We have 3 communal shower rooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are central heated, double glazed and have wash hand basins. Tea & coffee facilities available & colour televisions with freeview with some having dvd players are also available.
We have a large communal dinning / lounge room and a kitchen with restricted access to guests but is available by arrangement prior to, or on arrival. There is free wifi and Free on road parking and safe secure off road parking available.
Prices do not include breakfast but it is available at an extra cost of £2.50 for a continental breakfast per person or £5.00 for a cooked breakfast per person.
Towels are also available at an extra charge of £1 for the hire per towel with a £5 returnable deposit.
Please Note:
Cloisterbank accepts credit or debit card and payment on arrival, but there is a 60p transaction fee. Cash also accepted
We require a deposit of £10 for the keys on arrival which is returnable on return of the keys on departure.Photo id (passport/driving licence) is required on check in.
Check in times by arrangment or from 11am to 10pm. later check ins are acceptable but are subject to a extra charge every hour after 10pm. Details on request

We manage to keep our prices competitive as we dont have staff on duty 24/7 and so we pass these savings on to our guests so a self service check in system is adopted when staff are not available to check you in. A mobile phone would be helpful so that you can call us and we can give you information of how to check in when you arrive at the property.
Details can be given to guests that book room if required.
You may cancel your booking up to 48hrs hours before arrival. Less than 48hrs notice the first night will be charged.
cloisterbank is located near the lochee area of the city approx 1 mile from the city center.
we are approx 1/4 a mile from the kingsway ring road A90 the main ring road round dundee from perth to aberdeen.
If your on the kingsway from perth turn take the slip road off at ice rink/cinema/camperdown park and drive over the kingway follow signs for city center and lochee and after 1/4 mile we are on the right hand side
