I LOVED this hostel. Its a small family run place - not a party place at all. Very Quiet. Clean rooms, very neat well equipped bathrooms and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Albergue Buenos Aires should put more bathrooms for the people they receive. It is not enough to have two bathrooms for all the quests. Other thing is steep stair they have on the dorm on top of the kitchen. It is too steep, someday they they will have a problem if someone falls!

Dear Guest: Thanks for your review! Regarding location, your rating is a C; when we are 2 minutes walk from bus station; and 5 minutes walk from main street Libertador; so I don`t what a good location is for you. It is true that we do not have enough toilets; but it is also a LIE that those toilets are for all guests. Several rooms are en suite; that proves you are not telling the truth; changing your review to an unfair rather than a honest one. And yes, the stair leading to the dorm is not the finest; but it is not unsafe and/or dangerous. Otherwise authorities would close the place for that reason. And we pay an insurance every month, so if someone falls down, the insurance company and my layer will take care. And staff is also a C, what can I say; if you booked a very long, expensive and boring tour and later wanted to cancel your booking; I am sorry but it is not our fault. We just made what you asked us to do. Next time you may ask before telling us to book something on your behalf; do not take travel guides as the Holy Bible. Things change, glaciers move, icebergs block navigation routes; if you need up to date information, talk to local people.
