The rate is for hostel butget almost like hotel facilities , nice , friendly and helpful staff about 10 -15 minutes on foot to Ho Kim Lake , food stalls nearby , the pity things are mostly menu sold out there no English menu/pictures ... by the way it looks the location of your hotel is different from the actual location , please see the map on your ad on this web 值得推薦，又便宜又和氣，友善地服務。。。 Suliatom, from Indonesia ~ 28th May 2012
