Welcome to Baan Suan for a relaxing guesthouse stay. Located in Mae Mo, 13 kilometres (8 miles) north east of Lampang in the Doi Prabat Mountains.
Baan Suan means garden home in Thai. Your friendly hosts have created a relaxing oasis with a waterfall, pond and lush tropical plants through out the garden. Each traditionally decorated guest room has tiled floors, a private bathroom with hot water and air conditioning. All of the rooms overlook the Doi Prabat Mountains and the guesthouse garden. There is no smoking allowed in the rooms.
A complimentary breakfast is served in an open pavilion. For the convenience of all guests there is Internet access and a home theatre in the lobby. Laundry service is available for our guests. Hiking trails to the Doi Prabat Mountains and Lampang Volcano start at Baan Suan. There is two golf courses nearby and fishing across the road. We can help arrange trips and tours for guests. This was an amazing experience. We phoned for directions and Doug arrived to take there and after the stay, he brought us back to the bus station. It property is outside of the city on about 40 acres, with two fishing ponds, garden, chalets and two houses in addition to the motel complex. We were offered a room withbath or a chalet or one of the houses. Doug & Nan were very, very kind and a lot of fun. I am proud to call them our friends. This was a great stop over !
