This is the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in! I arrived earlier than anticipated, and the manager went out of his way to get me into a room so I could wash and rest after a 13 hour bus journey- even upgrading my room at no extra cost as my room wasnt ready. There was a problem with my card and he was extremely patient and understanding while I sorted alternative payment out. The facilities are great, theres even a gym! The room was lovely, comfortable and the whole place is very clean. Fiona, from Scotland ~ 23rd Dec 2012
