One guy - Richie - was professional and nice, however a couple of the gals were not as nice.The carpet, especially on the stairs leading up to the hostel from the street level, was nasty.Just two bathrooms on the floor with numerous rooms, the kitchen, common rooms...sometimes had to go to other floor.A lot of use-less, and some thugish, people hanging around the vicinity of this part of Venice, giving the area a shoddy feeling.Otherwise, the hostel was ok and close to Santa Monica.
