The house is located in the middle of Mendoza and just from the downtown area.
We are just two blocks from the Alameda at San Martin at the height of the Library and 10 blocks from the termina.
The hotel is very safe and quiet and is also large and bright with a modern building totally earthquake.
It consists of 6 bedrooms with large closets and hardwood floors in three of them, two with en suite bathrooms and two more to share (four total).
It consists of three courtyards with lots of green, jasmine, ginkgo biloba, palms, ferns, ping pong, churrazquera, as well as drying area, kitchen and laundry rooms.
The property has parking for 4 cars. It has connections for cable, Internet and wireless.

The place is in an awful part of town, we felt unsafe, and the room was tiny and very unclean.Ex) the toliet is in the shower. Margaret, from USA ~ 3rd Apr 2013

Peaceful hostel. The bathroom was basic, better than some I've met though. The area was described by the locals as "difficult" but seemed fine to us. The staff (a family) are very friendly and happy to help out. They don't speak much English but we understood each others broken attempts at communication quite well, mime helps! They take great pleasure in cooking for you and the evening meals are highly recommended, particularly the huge platters of empenadas! Breakfast is media lunas and coffee.
