Our comfortable, one-bedroom, two-room apartment on the Upper West Side sleeps up to 4 people, right by main attractions of New York.
The ceilings are high and the apartment has a large monumental feel to it, typical of the Upper West Side.
The apartment has a cosy, good-sized bedroom with great closet space and a queen-size bed. There's a night stand in the bedroom as well as a large wardrobe.
The living room has a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep up to two people, as well as an armchair and cable TV with international channels. The living room also has beautiful authentic wooden shelves, something you don't find too often in New York apartments.
The apartment also comes with free high-speed Internet access.
The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove and all the pots, pans and cutlery you'll need to cook your own meals.
All the apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We're trying to have as little impact on environment as possible - the apartment is not perfect in this regard yet but it's getting there. We use only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment. We have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water - it costs a little more but we think it's worth it! We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet, and it's the little things like this that start to make a difference.

Please note that an additional 14.75% will be charged separately for NY hotel and occupancy tax and service and processing fees. After the booking is made we will ask you to pay 50% prepayment of the booking. The apartment is also available to book for five people. In this case there will extra USD$25 charge per night for the fifth person. Please note that you will need to pick up the keys at our key collection point at W 38th street (between 8th and 9th Avenue).
