the night desk clerck said he had no record of any prepaid reservation from hosel.com, and charged me full price, not the $45.00 agreed. Can I recieve A cerid on my debit card? please they realy screwed me, it was awfull, I tried to show him my print out of my reservation but he refused to listen. thanks gregory lomax gregory, from USA ~ 13th Jun 2012
