Good room, good service, great price. The staff went above and beyond, staying up to meet me at 3:00AM whereas most staff probably would have just asked me to wait until the morning to check in. The room could have been cleaner, but there wasn't any major problems. The room was hot and there wasn't any air conditioning, but it's Cuernavaca and no one has AC, also it never was too hot.
