Central Palma Youth Hostel A Palma de Mallorca, Spagna

Great location right in the center of Palma. Friendly staff in general, although you need to understand some Spanish to get along and the 24h-reception does not work quite so well sometimes. We didn´t have any problems changing our reservation via phone. Facilities were ok, but 25€ per night is too expensive for what they offer (for example the key card for the room did not work 3 times in a row and you just get one key per group). The add lied when it said the max people per room was 8, when my room had 5 extra people radiating body heat in a room with a broken air conditioner. The security is ridiculously poor, anyone who wasn\'t staying in my room could have easily gone in to the room and done what ever. The bathroom trashes were always over flowing to the ground, the one of only 3 showers had a clogged drain all four nights I stayed. Nathon, from USA ~ 26th Jul 2012
