I reserved a room for 2 nights and when I arrived the staff told me that I had to pay double because the price I paid online was their regular rate and I was staying during a holiday (New Years). After a long argument with multiple staff, they compromised by charging me $10 more than I had agreed to pay. The staff were courteous after that. No breakfast, although free breakfast was advertised. Room was brand new/ spotless, pool and deck beautiful. Loud because pool was right outside the door. Lauren, from USA ~ 4th Jan 2013
