Papa's place welcomes all types of travellers in search of affordable accommodation.
Ideally located on a quiet street in the heart of Rome, we're just five blocks from the central station and within easy walking distance to most attractions.
We provide single, double, triple and quad rooms as well as small dormitories (max four people). We also have double and triple rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms come with satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a hairdryer. There's also 30 minutes free Internet for our guests each day!
Reception is open 24hrs a day and our young friendly staff speak English, French and Spanish. We're happy to help you arrange city bus tours, city walking tours, tours of Italy and reservations for museums, theatres and Wednesday audiences with the Pope. There's no curfew or lock-out!

The Rome daily tourist tax of €2 per day per person is not included in the price, sorry. We have a cancellation policy of 72 hours. The maximum age for the dorms is 45 years of age.

It was our first trip to Rome and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We booked the 3 bed room with private bathroom. The bathroom was brand new and very clean! Our beds were good, but if you have any back troubles this is probably not the right place for you. We will definetly stay here again, value for money is excellent and the 5 minute walk to the Station Termini with both metro lines is unbeatable! Teresa, from Austria ~ 25th May 2013

The cleaning staff were really rude during my stay. Dorms - uncomfortable beds are very close to each other, no privacy. Your experience really does depend on the type of people that end up in your room during your stay. Also, the bathrooms were really sub-par - the showers were clogged and even though I brought this up, nobody paid any attention to this. The 5 Euro extra per day per person for breakfast is really excessive for the blandest "continental" breakfast imaginable. Location - seedy. Tamar, from Georgia ~ 25th Mar 2013
