Please note that reception is open from 8am to 10pm, so if you will be arriving outside of these times be sure to state it in your booking and let us know via email or telephone. We have a 48hr cancellation policy. During Easter (March 24th to 31st) and Feria de Abril ( April 16th to 21st), our cancellation policy is seven days.
