Phongsavanh Resort A Vang Vieng, Laos

The rooms surround the main restaurant area which is a relaxing space providing tasty meals using fresh produce from local markets.

There are twin rooms, double rooms, triple rooms and bungalows. What makes phongsavanh unique is that it is one of the only guesthouses in this small village just a short walk from vang vieng town centre, it is surrounded by local restaurants, and a small food market just a few minutes away to taste the delights of real Laos cuisine. There are three traditional herbal saunas within two minutes walk away to relax in. The guesthouse also provides a call in massage service to relieve your aches and pains after a hard days kayaking or climbing. As of high season 2012 there will be entertainments like boules, a pool table and DVD room.

It is also a great place to relax with hammocks, sun loungers and even a fish pond looking over the lush green rice fields behind.We also provide free wifi, water and coffee. The owners are welcoming and happy to help anytime.



Families, singles, couples are all welcome at phongsavanh, we try to invite a good mix of customers from all around the world. The reception is open from 6 am until 11 pm at night. You can eat from the restaurant anytime of the day and we can even deliver food to your balcony or any other area of the resort, in the hammocks or by the fish pond. The fridge is well stocked at all times if you need a cool beer or refreshing drink!
