Run by friendly owner Maureen Wall, Suncrest is a long-established bed and breakfast in Waterford, located just 3km from Waterford city in Slieverue, birthplace of historian and scholar, John O'Donovan.

Suncrest makes an ideal base for touring the south east of Ireland, with Kilkenny and its regal Ormonde Castle to the north. Now fully restored, the 900-year-old castle is one of the most popular attractions in Ireland.
