A rich complimentary breakfast buffet with an organic food corner served in the sister hotel next door provides for a good start. Local specialities as well as selected dishes of the international cuisine can be enjoyed there as well.
The spa centre of the sister hotel is also accessible for guests of the Hotel Alfa Zermatt for an entrance fee of CHF 15.00 per person and day.
Wireless internet access is available free of charge.
You can also make use of the hotel's transfer service from and to the train station at CHF 2.50 per person and way during the day.
Pets permitted at CHF 10.00 per day and pet.

In winter:
-If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
-If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
-If cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
-If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of reservation will be charged.
In summer:
-If cancelled up to 2 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
-If cancelled or modified later or in case of no- show, the total price of reservation will be charged.
From 30th nov 12: visitor's tax (CHF2.10 p.p./day and CHF 1.05 p.child/day) is not included in the room rate and needs to be paid separately in the hotel.
