You get what you pay for, if your looking to stay in Miami and would like to party in south beach all the time like I did then book a hostel in south beach, The staff was nice and the rooms were okay, again you get what you pay for. I was told washer and dryers are free but they charged me for it. I would give this hostel 2.5/5. i would only stay here again if i'm trying to save money and coming to stay at the beach to relax. There was water dripping on the outside on to the aircon box in my room window.It was tap tap all the time.I told reception who said the boss wasnt around,there was nothing they could do till next day,tomorrow came and still problem unresolved, ended up INSISTING i move room, overall service on a key issue ie a decent nights sleep was disgraceful. The parking lot is poor, once you need to let your key with the staff, because each time one car need to go out, the staff needs to move the car behind that one. So there is "strange" people using your car all the time. Also the staff that works at night are without pratice and sometimes rude with guests. I stayed in their private room with bath.It was very clean.Staff were helpful enough.Only concern was safety.The room lock wasn't very secure. I would have been easy to break in. christine, from USA ~ 4th Jun 2012
