Alojamiento Mayam in , Argentina

The place is in an awful part of town, we felt unsafe, and the room was tiny and very unclean.Ex) the toliet is in the shower. Margaret, from USA ~ 30th Mar 2013

Peaceful hostel. The bathroom was basic, better than some I've met though. The area was described by the locals as "difficult" but seemed fine to us. The staff (a family) are very friendly and happy to help out. They don't speak much English but we understood each others broken attempts at communication quite well, mime helps! They take great pleasure in cooking for you and the evening meals are highly recommended, particularly the huge platters of empenadas! Breakfast is media lunas and coffee.
