Angels Backpack in Kaohsiung, Taiwan

Although I just stayed one night at Angels Backpack,I really got so many fun here! The common area is a good place to meet friends from different country(especially many beautiful girls from Korea, haha…). The breakfast is the best in all hostel I have been stayed, they provide so many different taste of jams, butter…etc. and it service until noon time, just tell them what time you want to have breakfast the night before. In the heart of Kaohsiung, great location as well as many other pleasant things about this GH that made my stay with my partner a great time! Mac, the manager of the GH will go out his way to help you & will probably even shout you a free beer or 2. It was very clean, very easy to find, had a great breakfast & had a great TV cable selection, which even consisted of the Australian Network (which is a first in my travels).. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I felt at home right away. They were always available and explained everything right away. They also helped me figure out what to do while I was there- around town, night life, find the beach, etc. Would love to go back. It is the best hostel experience ever happened to me. Thank you so much to Mac and the beautiful waitress. The hostel is clean and tidy. The little decorations they put are very lovely. They help us organize the trip in the most reasonable way. They take us to the night markets in motocycles. I spend two perfect days in Kaoxiung! Angels backpack (B&B) host, Mac, is working very hard to create a fantastic hostel and a welcoming environment for all guests. We were really pleased we booked in here for our 3 night stay in Kaohsiung. One night Mac organised for all the hostel guests to visit the night market together which was great. Mac has information on accessing all the local sights and is also very helpful in organising onwards travel plans.Kaohsiung has enough sights to keep tourists busy for at least 2 days. 근처에 야시장도 있고, 역에서도 가까워 매우 편리했어요. 젊은 부부가 운영하는 곳이었는데, 이름처럼 천사같은 귀여운 아기가 있었어요. 시설은 건물자체가 좀 오래돼서 낡았지만, 깨끗하게 관리하고 있는것으로 보였구요, 조식으로는 토스트와 커피, 티 그리고 약간의 과일도 같이 준비되어있어서 좋았습니다. 여행자를 세심하게 배려하는 인상을 받았어요. Jihae, from South Korea ~ 1st Aug 2012
