i was fairly annoyed by the fact that they did have 2 hairdryers (for which you would have had to pay 50 pence) but neither of them worked. they were both out of order. if you provide hairdryers, please make sure they work or at least hang a sign on them that they're out of order so that people know better before they get their hair wet. apart from that, i was amazed by the quality of the showers, those were great and the beds were great,too.the bathroom could have been a littler warmer though. The receptionist service was too bad and the alttitude for customer is very very poor, besides, I have to say the room didn't worth the money, room was narrow, dull, wet, dirty, the heat didn't work, this is the worst experiences I had. DONGYU, from China ~ 8th Dec 2012

24 bed dorm: Beds were clean and very comfortable. There was no light switch in the dorm though. Showers were good and clean but very few of them. Very central location. Parking is only on the surrounding streets which is free on sundays other wise there are a lot of 24hr NCP car parks around. matthew, from England ~ 2nd Jul 2012
