The location of this hostel is very very good. Because, it's in a quiet street but if you walk less than 5 minutes : you are in Soho or Covent Garden ! Astor Museum is a good choice for visitinf London ! Marie-Anne, from France ~ 8th Mar 2013

I have had two stays at the Astor Museum Inn, and both were enjoyable. This time there was a pest problem with mice getting into the rooms, but it was being handled well. The staff and guests contribute to a really nice atmosphere, and the location just can't be beat. I've stayed in a lot of hostels, and this one is up among my favourites. Well, I only spent a couple of nights there and do not have a base to compare it to other hostels in London, and I did not spent a lot of time in the hostel, but - here are my thoughts: - excelent location - the British museum is just across the street - clean rooms and bathrooms, - lockers under every bed in each room, - friendly and helpful staff - the place is really tiny, the hostel itself, the kitchen, the launge room and the bathrrooms - can not stay if you are over 35. Puntos positivos: La ubicación (enfrente del British Museum), el staff y el clima en general del hostel. El desayuno también es muy bueno y completo. Puntos negativos: Estuvimos en el edificio más nuevo (a dos cuadras del edificio principal) y tuvimos algunos problemas con el agua de las duchas (no salía o salía fría). Y para reclamar lógicamente tenías que caminar dos cuadras hasta el edificio principal. De todas maneras, es un hostel lindo y divertido, probablemente volvería.
