the fact that theres no one there is spooky. There were bed bigs in the beds!Bathrooms need fixing up. But it is a great location..central to the old Florence Town. The price is far too high for the experience ... not recommended unless you have no aestheticsabout where you stay!

dirtiest hostel ever!!!! dirt and bugs on the walls!! there is no reception so once you check in you can never get intouch with any staff. we ran out of toilet paper and for teh last 2 days of our trip we had no TP. if an emergency happened at the hostel, i wouldnt know how to contact the guy who works there! HORRIBLE!!!

there are no lockers and the door to my room wouldn't fully shut so i was worried my things would be stolen

We were rather pleased with this property, and the only real critic we can think of deals with the breakfast which was rather "frugal" (as we say in french ;-) ) but that's all! If we return in Florence, we would go here again, and this tells much....
