Great place to stay, staff is friendly and it turns out they tidied up the rooms while we were out exploring the town, which was nice. The hostel is a little hard to find but it's close to the Metro and easily walking distance to the Royal Palace and many other attractions. Great place to stay for the price! We couldn't speak highly on the help and services received from the staff especially Anna and Sofia. They speak good English and were so helpful.It is good value with breakfast inclusive. The only downsize is the hostel is on 2nd floor where one needs to lift heavy luggages up the stairs. Also there are no hangers in the room AH MOOI, from Malaysia ~ 27th Feb 2013

What I liked: The breakfast was super, the location too, most of the staff was very friendly. What I disliked: It was very loud(loud music, construction works, very reckless people) and sometimes very cold (I was here in January). Very good and nice hostel, near Plaza de Sol, so it's really in the middle of Madrid. Staff are very nice and helpful and the atmosphere are really good aswell. Kitchen and livingroom are in good and modern shape, and rooms are warm and nice too. Fresch and clean bathrooms in conection to the room or in the corridor. Ola, from Sweden ~ 1st Nov 2012

Llegamos y nos derivaron dos dias a otro hostel porq nuestra pieza estaba con problemas de cañerias, nunca nos avisaron previamente y el otro hostel estaba en una zona gay. No nos dieron oportunidad de cancelarlo y hubiera estado bueno de que nos avisen ya que estabamos de mochileros. El resto, estuvo bastante bien... Alexis Jose, from Argentina ~ 12th Oct 2012
