HELLO B&B in , Netherlands

OWNER CANCELLED MY BOOKING AT LAST MINUTE. I arrived, no owner there, his son only,he informed me my booking is cancelled. I had to look for a new place to stay by myself. I found a single room in another hotel, 30 euros more expencieve. After a phone talk with owner he agreed to cover 30 Euro difference, but he said that there are no money in house, so his son will bring 30 Euro to my new hotel on the next morning. No one came, no compensation, no booking fee back. DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Artem, from Russia ~ 24th Nov 2012
