The Blue Parrots is located in the heart of Potts Point which is a little off from Kings Cross. Clean rooms and bathroom. Safe place even at 10/11pm lotsa traffic about. Lotsa nice restaurants/bar/cheap eats and convenience store nearby opens till late. Effie and Sasha were also excellent and made my stay wonderful. (THANK YOU!) The place is located 5-10mins walking distance from Kings Cross Station which is great. Also ask Effie and Sasha about places to see/walk around at. :) RECOMMENDED! A hostel with the amenities and structure that appeals to any traveler. For those who like peace and quiet you can find it in the tranquil yard. If you're looking for something a bit more adventurous the staff schedules daily outings to sights and then bars/clubs in the evenings. I wouldn't stay anywhere else while visiting Sydney. Great spot to stay. Very friendly staff. They are always planning something to do at night so it makes it easy to meet the other backpackers. They have a great open patio in the back of the building.
