Cheap with very cheerful staff but it didn't feel too secure (one of our window slats was a piece of cardboard for example) and there wasn't too much lighting around as you walked up a very steep flight of stairs. Our room had quite a lot of space in it but the floor was chipping away and although it was never promised, we realised quite how much of a difference having wifi makes when we didn't have it! The hostel has good value for money. I would recommend it more for long-term stays since most people are there for a long time and aren't that outgoing and interested in short chats.
