Captain Youth Hostel (Fuzhou Road. The Bund) in , China

Hi, I had stayed at the Captain\'sfor one month, seven years ago. Except for a few changes, the hostel I found a week ago is about the same level of quality as seven years ago,which is okay... except for one thing: when we arrived on July 6, as previously agreed upon, we were told that there was a problem, and that the reserved room would be ours starting on the seventh, but that on July 6th we had the choice between 1. sleeping in a dorm,for free, or2. moving to another hotel robert, from Canada ~ 13th Jul 2012
