during our stay in july, the bathroom floors where slimy and looked like they have never been cleaned. the shower was tiny with a curtain that would stick to you (curtain also gross). the staff was not friendly or helpful at all. also there was no air conditioning in the middle of july, the room was 80 F+ in temperature our entire stay. jonathan, from USA ~ 26th Jul 2012

Super steep stairs... so it is a bit uncomfortable to go with your baggage if it is not a backpack. But hey I think it is like that all over the center of Amsterdam. They cleaned the room everyday. But our twin private en-suite room really had the bathroom outside. Lastly, you can hear everything, the people going down the stairs, the lovely Asian girlsusing a hair dryer in the morning and a baby crying.... so if you don't like the noise take your ear plugs with you!!
