Day and Night Hostel in , Hong Kong

I like the room and cleanliness there but if was pretty annoying that after booking private room beforehand I've got information at desc that they can give me only dorm. It seems that staff did a mistake. Problem was solved, I've got private room at another guesthouse at the same building. But quality of this other room was terrible. First night was terrible as we have book a double bed private room two months ahead but when we arrived there, we do not have an available room as it is fully occupied.It was so irritating as they want us to refund HKD150 and share room with other people which we dont even know.
