Endroit agréable, malheureusement nous avons été réveillés à 4h du matin par une alarme intempestive et insupportable,déclenchée volontairement par un inconnu: nuit écourtée et pas de petit-déjeuner quand nous nous sommes levés un peu plus tard La cafétéria fermait à 10h moins le quart... The hotel is cosy, very clean and modern style, with a very happy and relax atmosphere and environment. The rooms are extremely clean, the lobby is a real pleasant place to talk, spend a nice moment and even surf on internet. My mom and I stayed here for the first part of our 2-week trip for 3 nights. We stayed in a twin private ensuite and it was very clean and suited our basic needs of privacy and clean bedding and bathroom. The common areas were spacious and nice. It's very conveniently located about 5 minutes from the Metro and RER stations. The younger staff aren't as helpful as the older staff. Terrible wi-fi. Only 20 people at a time can be online, only in the lobby and given that there are literally bus loads of students don't expect to ever connect. In regards to the staff its 50/50, some are very rude and unwilling to help, others are very friendly and helpful! The cleaning ladies barge into your bedroom at 9am to change towels and don't speak any English but extremely rude when you try to communicate with them.
