I would recommend just staying at Balmers hostel down the street. Funny Farm was fine for a hostel, nothing too bad or good. There were no lockers for security in the rooms though.

I did not feel like the staff were very friendly or helpful. We paid for 3 nights and actually departed after that first night to go to a different hostel. I would only recommend this hostel to someone who smoked pot a lot.

i know that most of the people that stay here are of a younger age group, i stayed 2 nights and both nights i was woke up by the people next room from partying you could hear every word ,but its a cool place to stay if your passing thru and need a bed for the night

Great place to meet people and loads to do. Staff did a great job helping choose extreme activities. Rooms are ok but getting locked out gets annoying.

Lots to do right at the hostel, you don't even need to leave at night. The staff is very nice, they set up all of your activities for you and make it very easy. Facilities are very nice for a hostel, they have a sand volleyball court, pool, outdoor bar.....we never struggled for something to do. I would stay here again. For the price and the things this hostel has to offer, it was not bad at all.
