Staff wasn't friendly & not very accommodating. Not a good location you have to take the tube 2 get 2 main attractions & good bar scene. The bar inside is kinda fun, but we only went there was because it was pouring and so it was hard to trek out to better nightlife. Wifi was not good. You can store your luggage in the luggage room if you don't have your room yet, but bc there's so many ppl, you don't feel very secure. Lockers in the 4-person rooms. Overall neg experience. This place might seem cheap, but they find every way to get you. On weekends you have to book at least 2 nights. Breakfast is 4.50. Wifi is free for only the first hour. Security is good... if you buy their 4 pound lock (you can't rent one). Staff tried to make me pay double the price, just because I had lost my debit card and so couldn't reserve online... finally got a friend to reserve it for me online. Very good hostel, good price, good staff. It's not easy to find the hostel when you don't know London...but with patience it's ok. for the toilet sometimes we can't use i think it's a Worst point on this hostel. Es handelt sich um eine Übernachtungsfabrik. Groß, sauber und in guter Lage. Charme braucht ihr aber nicht erwarten. In einer Stadt wie London völlig in Ordnung, da man sowieso nur zum Schlafen da ist. Frank, from Germany ~ 1st Jun 2012

This place was ridiculous.People running through the halls, yelling until two in the morning.It was trying really hard to be a rave, and it was just very hokey, and off putting.I'd only recommend it because it's so cheap. Casey, from USA ~ 29th May 2012
