This hostel is like a hospital, it isn;t that good but it did the job and to be honest I couldnt find anywhere else! I don't like hostelling international, they never have much character in their hostels, it's just a dorm really!

It´s just worth it if you are going to see the niagara falls. the location is pretty bad and poor - no people, even if it is in downtown. the hostel itself is nice and clean and safe. they should provide a breakfast for that price because there is not even a grocery store close by. I just stayed two nights but it was really really loud, because the air conditioning in the room is turning on every half an hour and it is quite impossible to sleep.

Awesome facility, it's huge! 2 common rooms, and the kitchen is big and well-stocked with anything you'd ever need. Staff isn't very personable, but will help you if you need it. This was my first experience with a corporate hostel, and it was better than what I expected, but didn't really have the atmosphere I was used to.

Although I really liked this hostel, the area around it seemed dead. I saw few people on the street on a weekday afternoon. Nevertheless there was enough to see and do for the time I stayed

Staff Person Jessica was an excellent source of information on how to get around the city. Her directions were the best I have EVER received from anyone!!!

We spent a night at the hostel on the way back from Canada, and it was an excellent experience. We arrived late, but there was someone there to welcome us, she recommended places to eat close by and she even reserved a taxi for us for the next day. The hostel is clean, quiet, cozy, and safe.
