Great location, decently clean.At 9 AM, the shower never got hot... Not even warm- due to the lack of heating, it was very, very cold.Most of the corridors are outside, so dress warmly! Staff was annoyingwhen when they changed bed linens at 8AM while I was still in bed! Chinese roommates were whiny, loud and inconsiderate - opened the indow when it was only 3C and left.Despite what the listing says, breakfast is NOT included! Elise, from USA ~ 17th Nov 2012

Very nice hostel in a perfect location. The west lake is less than a stones throw away and is definitely a must see attraction. The food at the hostel is very good and reasonably priced too.
