Nice place to be! Great service and friendly staff. Acceptable but not perfect is school and kindergarden in neighborhood - a little noisý but also good to wake up early to enjoy westlake. By bike (you can rent one) you can find a big cheap supermarket 10 minutes away - just ask staff. Enjoy! Franz, from Germany ~ 8th Apr 2013

It is near West Lake, near the bus staion, but after 9 pm, maybe there is no bus to go back. It's very clean, the staff are all nice and helpful. I stayed in a 6 mixed room with the bathroom inside, only RMB15/bed, surper cheap!!! Ling Ling, from Taiwan ~ 14th Oct 2012

Nice rooms, clean, peaceful place, bearable to nice stuff, some clueless, some helpful (one girl especially).I can recommend it for budget travel.The only thing I didn't like was lack of free maps, but I forced one out of them. Across the road from the Lake, near Leifeng Pagoda, bus station close, half an hour to grotto buddas near Lingyin Temple, long way from singing fountains and main tourist area (if you're stuck here after 6, no more buses to hotel), far from Yue Fei Memoria Vladislava, from Russia ~ 23rd Jul 2012

Very nice and warm attitude. The staffs are like family (even a family dog welcoming the guests!). One of the staffs even borrow his personal umbrella for us as we didn't brought it and it was pouring outside. Rooms are very clean and cheap. SAI YUK JIMMY, from Hong Kong ~ 15th Jul 2012
