Value for money, clean room, clean toilet, and very helpful staff. However, the wifi was not that good in my room. The other facilities like computers, tv, and lobby for hang out were in good condition. FARAH SYAZWANI, from Malaysia ~ 10th Apr 2013

After the stay in the Hue hostel from the same owners I can say every bad thing there is almost twice so worse in Hanoi! The backpacker here is just a industry ! The room were filled up till the ed the bathroom you could not close the toilets were filthy and 12 people in one room is just to much!! The prices they ask for watch so ever drinks, food trips are at least 2x over priced in Vietnamese standard! This was the first time I really felled not in place in a hostel! This hostel is one of the nicest I've stayed at in Southeast Asia. It's clean, the staff is super helpful, and there's A/C - all at a reasonable price. The one drawback is it's relatively big and bustling w/ people - mostly young Australians who like to party. There's nothing wrong w/ this, and this might be what you're looking for, but if you're interested in a quieter, more "homey"/authentic Vietnamese experience, this is not it. Awesome, the only place to stay in Hanoi if you're social and want to meet tons of people. The other backpackers brings their people here to meet up. every night there are events such as Pub Quiz, BBQ, etc. Best hostel I have ever stayed at in the world. Alexandra, from USA ~ 24th Jun 2012
