This hostel is located near the train station and close to delis and local restaurants. The room is somewhat small, I was lucky as the other bunk bed was empty for 2 night I was there. Staff were helpful and friendly, wifi works.However some of the guests there were not backpapers or travellers but locals, some looked out of luck, staying on a long term basis. Apart from that it was a good place to stay and a good base to see Yokohama, Kamakura and surronds. Philip, from Australia ~ 4th Feb 2013

The room was very small (the size of 2 tatami mats) and the walls were very thin so you could hear whats going on in the hallway or next door. Other than that, it was generally clean and provides a unique experience of living in a old Japanese hostel. Ellen, from Canada ~ 12th Feb 2012

it is actually short term accomidation for workers, but living with strange old Japanses men who spit all the time is a for more authentic and cultural experience then what you would get in a conventional backpackers Thomas, from Australia ~ 14th Nov 2010
