Well where do you starta double room was enough room for one more rabbit. Yes we had use offree wifiand use of toaster and microwave oven and o yes hot water. The staff were helpful but did not like the cat litter tray in the kitchen Mary & Mario, from England ~ 21st Dec 2012

Stayed here three times for the last year, always in private suites. Have no problems with staff and security, but haven't use any facilities except luggage storage and wifi. Rooms have enough space, more than usually they have in mirador or chungking mansions. WiFi is on every floor, good signal and speed. Maksim, from Russia ~ 13th Dec 2012

We booked for 4 rooms or a total of 16 beds but they gave us a flat on the 9th floor on the other side of the building. The problem is 2 of our companions did not have beds. They resolved this by giving us a room with 2 beds but with a communal bathroomon the 11th floor which we refused to accept and we asked for refund of 2 beds but they did not give in to our request.The facilty is ok so with the location, but I think I will never stay in a hostel again if I ever come back to HK. Great location. We stayed Monday through Thursday. We had a private room & private bathroom. It was convenient but I wasn't wild about the cleanliness. Owner has a great personality! He even upgraded me from a mixed dorm of 8 to a female dorm of 4 at no charge and even willing to forgo e 6hkd when i'm trying to find e coins. But don't depend on his staff who doesn't know anything n simply walked away, called e hostel fixed line and said she always call him by that no, she is either a joke or a joker when 4 diff customers are looking at her actions.
