La inexistencia de recepción o alguna persona al cargo por las noches, provoca una gran FALTA de SEGURIDAD haciendo sentir amenazados a otros huéspedes, por parte de trabajadores que se encuentran hospedados en días laborales. There is nobody of security's staffat night and during the week there are so much foreigns workers people who usually lives there so it is not safe lidia, from Spain ~ 17th Feb 2013

A good option if you don't want to spend a lot of money and don't need constant attention. There is rarely any staff, but they are quite helpful when needed. It's located in a quiet and nice area, not too far from many Berlin's highlights. The hostel itself was really quiet during our stay and there is everything you need for a budget holidays. Upon our arrival, we had to send the hostel owner a text message to let her know we would be arriving. It wasn't until we had almost reached the hostel, that we were called by the owner. She told us in German that we had to stay in another hostel for the night, and that we had to go to another S Bahn station. Luckily I used to live in Berlin and therefore know the city and speak German, but someone else wouldn't have had an idea what was going on and where to go.
