Not enough plugs for everybody. Only two and locations were bad. Only one key for every room. Cheap and ok for the rest. Caroline, from Canada ~ 17th May 2013

Stayed here for a weekend away with 6 lads, could not have worked out any better. Happily got put into a room with just 6 beds which was ideal, no fuss whatsoever with the staff. Open 24 hours which was very handy considering we were out for most of the night. Location is superb! right beside the Louvre and just generally a lovely area. Would highly recommend this place for its location and value for money but on other things it does lack a bit but then again its not really not a big deal. Cian, from Ireland ~ 29th Mar 2013

The price of the hostel itself is not the same as your website, and we were randomly put in another room without any notice before. Huanhuan, from China ~ 30th Dec 2012

Since the bathrooms are shared, they need to be clean more often. Cynthia, from Mexico ~ 29th Dec 2012

Good hostel for a first time in Paris. Excellent location, RIGHT by the Louvre. The hostel is tricky to find though-no sign on the building with the name of the hostel. Breakfast every morning included-actually pretty good! Cockroach in my room. I likely wouldn't go back to this hostel just because now I know how easy Paris transit is. I found the atmosphere awkward. As a solo traveler I found it difficult to meet people. Most of the staff we're very helpful- they knew so many languages too! Elizabeth, from Canada ~ 9th Oct 2012

The staff at the front desk we're really nice, muliti-lingual, and easy to deal with. Location was as good as it gets. Internet was pay as you go, and you could only use it in the lobby which was a bit annoying. No place to really socialize with others. Also you must pay for towels and lockers. For the same price in a less central place you'd get a better deal. I would recommend this place if all you're looking for is a place to crash with breakfast in the morning Alister, from New Zealand ~ 21st Sep 2012

Don't stay at this hostel. The woman at the desk is unfriendly, it's too large to really make connections with people (my room had 10 beds). Checkout time is way too early 9:00. You have to pay by hour for wifi, and it's limited to the lobby. Handful of lockers that are always taken. Worst hostel experience I've had yet. Max, from USA ~ 18th Sep 2012

False Advertising. There was no hairdryers and no free wifi. The showers weren't that great. a lot of them did not seem to even be working. The towels were 4euro to buy. The location is amazing, literally 5minutes from the Louvre! The staff were very nice and accommodating. Toilets tended to run out of toilet paper half way through the day and were not refilled til the next day. You could not check in til 3pm on the dot which was very annoying. Overall it wasn't bad for a hostel. Roisin, from Ireland ~ 11th Sep 2012

This is a very bland hostel in an excellent location if this is your first time in Paris. It's right next to the Louvre in the heart of the city. The locker systems sucks, there are about 20 lockers that you pay for (not rent) for the entire building that is a huge hotel. Nothing in the room. The bathrooms are decent. The large rooms, which are subdivided, only have one lightswitch for the entire room, but have bedside lights. Paying for the wifi sucks, and seems like a cheap way to make money.
