Fantastic location as it was only a 2 minute walk with our backpacks once we hopped off the train. Then once we offloaded our bags, you step straight out the door, turn left and head towards the main area of town.

The location was fantastic. However, the customer service was terrible. My friend and I had booked a twin room, the room we were allocated had a double bed. We asked for additional linen so we could separate the beds and this request was viewed by the member of staff as unreasonable and demanding. Eventually, the bed situation was resolved, however, we then discovered that the toilet cistern had a leak which resulted in water being sprayed throughout the bathroom. At this point we asked to m
