Hotel Suedtor in , Germany

We didn't have a chance to stay in the hosel that we've booked. I want to claim for the work of the hostels.com. We arrived at the hotel according to the address in the booking confirmation. But the person at the reception said that they didn't recieve any booking from HOSTELS.com. Moreover when we tried to reach the hostels.com customers service, we didn't find any telephone available in the contact information in the internet. The hotel was all booked and we had to spend a night in the c Uliana, from Russia ~ 14th Jun 2012
