Awful WiFi. Not located by anything worth visiting. Was told by the bar owner down the street that we were not in a "safe" area. Usually helpful staff except for a few occasions. Parker, from USA ~ 29th May 2013

The staff were really helpful and the location was really close to the main bus station. Only one bathroom with one shower for a mixed dorm of ten people was not so great. Also the breakfast could have been better, as it always can be. But otherwise, great value. Genevieve, from USA ~ 9th May 2013

The 6 beds room are really nice and you really enjoy sleeping there but the 12 beds rooms are horrible ! Also the internet it sucks in this hostel ! Consider that you don't have internet, the best solution is to go buy with 10 euro one O2 sim and get 700mb/ month Also i wanted to stay one more day so i went to the website hostel.com and the price for the room that i wanted it was 12 euro and i decided to go down to the reception and make the booking from them,,they charged me 5 euro extra ! Had a very good stay @ Jacobs Inn. I wasn't so sure about staying in a hostel but was very surprised when I got there.We were on the 4th floor which had a small terrace so u could sit out. We had a double room and it was alright. Even though the hair dryer didn´t work and th TV screen came off. The bathroom was very nice (huge mirror) and tidy. We had a great time there. Maybe too much security doors... Frank, from Germany ~ 14th Dec 2012

I was very pleased with the quality of my room compared to hostels I have stayed in the past. However, the other amenities were lacking. The wi-fi is only available in the lobby, which was constantly crowded. The wi-fi connection was poor for that reason as well, and I always had trouble connecting.
