Very cheap and right across Negombo beach. Wifi connection is good, and there are bike rentals around if you need to go to town. Owners/Staff are very friendly and they accommodated me even if I arrive earlier than check-in time (around 6-7ish AM). Highly recommended! Jeremy David, from Phillippines ~ 4th Apr 2013

Very nice hotel with pleasant and careful owner. 3 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to fish market by tuk-tuk and 10 minutes walking to the center of entertainment in Negombo. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you, Nishan! Ilya, from Russia ~ 12th Oct 2012

Owner Maria was quite friendly and accommodating.Location is decent, but do keep in mind that although it is said to be 6 km to the airport, the airport bus from Negombo central bus stand to the airport takes about 45 minutes (about the same time it takes from Colombo).
