The hostel was very well situated, but in very noisy place (trams passed just nearby the windows, and there was a noisy market square).Because there were no air condition in hostel, windows had to opend all the time, and the noise was irritating sometimes. Although the stuff was friendly and helpful they had some problems with cleanliness. Garbage wasn't thrown away regulary, and during two day stay I haven't seen anybody cleaning the toilets and bathrooms (those places were a bit dirty)

A lot of noise at night so sleeping counld be difficult at times.

The staff were very helpful with everything and very friendly as well. The hostel is in a brilliant location and we had a very pleasant stay. And also, the beautiful kittens were beautiful.

This hostel is really nice, clean and in a great location! Yoko who works there is so nice as well! Our only complaint would be the sound of the trams and dogs barking outside early in the morning but it's worth it as everything else about the hostel is great.

This place was as good as you'd ever need. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, the room was secure, the showers and toilets were very good, the water was always hot. Great location. The guy running the place (Boyan) was friendly and mega helpful. If you wanted something better for the price you could spend a lot of time looking..

The staff was so helpful, even took me to the train station to help me figure out a sold out train.
It's a new hostel, i'm sure it will develop a bit more character as time goes on.

Super centrally located hostel with very helpful staff.Nearby is one the cheapest pub or inn in Sofia.Bottled bier was 55cent, vodka 50cent for 0,05l and home cooked for 1.5-2euros.The rooms are located on the third floor and there is no lift so people with disabilities or really heavy backs may struggle a bit..
