I wouldn't recommend this hostel, since the facilities are very bad. Nothing is included in the price, not even kitchen-ware. When arriving, we couldn't lock the door to our room because there wasn't any key, but we finally got one after informing the staff, which wasn't very helpful at times... Seems like the hostel guests are responded less nicely than the guests of the neighboring hotel. The only + would be the location of the hostel. Caroline, from Sweden ~ 30th Oct 2012

I cannot see why they charge you extra for sheets and towels and the towels turn out to be one small hand towel. It leaves you feeling cheated. If you have to charge for these things extra at least give a decent size towel. Barbara, from England ~ 1st Sep 2012

I guess Oslo is a pretty expensive city as, let's say, Moscow?, New York?... Well, paying $100 USD for a 2 x 1.5 square meter room (toilett and bathroom was shared with the other rooms) is way beyond expensive. I even had to pay rent for the sheets and towel, which by the way, were very worned out. Last but not least important was that our room didn't have a key to lock the room. How convenient :)))). IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY, I WOULD RECOMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY. Bernardo, from Mexico ~ 16th Jul 2012

The advertisement of a "private" room is very misleading. The room does not lock and when you pay for two persons you are paying for both sides of a queen sized bed, not two actual beds/rooms as the add makes it appear. In addition the staff was rude and other guests were EXTREMELY drunk. The staff continued to serve alcohol to these guests dispute their unclean behavior. Cynthia, from USA ~ 3rd Jun 2012

A good thing we only booked here for one night. Everything else in Oslo was great tough! Tim, from Belgium ~ 25th May 2012
