Great experience staying in a local village at the gateway to the Cinque Terre. Easy access to Riomaggiore in the morning with the hostel shuttle. This is the best hostel I have stayed at. It's clean, big, staff very friendly, in a great small village. The shuttle and the 5 terre public bustake about ten minutes to get to Riomaggiore, the first village. There's a big terrace outside. WI-FI is free! Definitely recommended! The hostel website made it sound as if it were actually close to riomaggiore, but we had trouble even finding taxis that were willing to take us there. When we arrived, the check in man was in a bad mood. we slept in the common area, on the floor away from anything upholstered. Kelly, from USA ~ 16th Sep 2012
