Pros: 1) Right in the middle of Zona Colonia, everything is walkable distance 2) Bettye is a sweet, gentle lady with a wealth of information 3) Fresh water, breakie provided Cons: 1) Super cramped - Bettye definitely crammed more bunk beds than necessary into a small confined space, which meant you can't breathe at night. 2) Only one small, dirty, bathroom shared for 16 beds 3) No real common space, the kitchen only fits one chair, and the fridge was right beside the beds Virginia, from Canada ~ 23rd Mar 2013

This place is great! Located a block from Parque Colon and also close to a lot of things. Neighborhood grocery store (colmado) right across the street. You can get cheap eats. Have any questions??? Just ask Rubio, he works at Plaza Toledo... he'll give you the info. The people who work there is what makes this hostel stand out (Betty (owner), Judy, Rubio). Thank you for a great stay! Betty is really interesting and nice person. Always ready to help and with lots of interesting stories. The place itself has definitely character with art and everything. Very good location near to all main attractions in Santa Colonial. Pirjo, from Finland ~ 28th Feb 2013
