Uhm... not a great hostel! Wifi only work in the reception area. Cash ONLY !!! No breakfast, no kitchen, 4 4 m2 common room ! Bed is good. congom, from Vietnam ~ 7th May 2013

Showering water is just like body temperature which can't be defined as hot shower. One of the toilet can't flush. The air conditioner is automatically on while me and my friend were too cold. Very well located and very nice building right across from the train station which is GREAT. The staff was VERY helpful and it's a nice change to have breakfast included, but out (you go to a café-bar nearby for your coffee and croissant). Loved it and met great people to travel with. Everything in Rome in waking distance (if you aren't afraid of exercising a bit) and the hostel was perfect, except for one cold shower, but all the others worked fine (hot water). I'd go back. I stayed in Pop Inn for 9 nights....it's an excellent hostel I've never stayed in Europe.....not only for the wonderful location is just next to Rome Termini Station,but also the staff r very kind....average 15 euro include the free wifi and the typical Italian breakfast every morning!!!And the beds in the room r not the bunk bed normally...I think it's really good for me cause u won't be waked by anyone who sleeps on the top(or down) of u.Anyway...I really recommend this nice hostel for sure!!! The hostel is very close to the main train station (Termini). The first impression of PopInn was quite surprising and also a bit disappointing. The rooms were clean although I got bitten by bedbugs. In general the staff was friendly. The breakfast is included, but that doesn't mean that you can choose from a buffet. You have to go to the bar next to the hostel in the same street. The hostel is located in a very easy and central location. The rooms were fine, however there is no aircon (which is essential during the summer months). Room security was poor, i was unable to lock my room, however the building was secure. The staff were extremely unfriendly.
